Clean and friendly staff. Updated me about upcoming events. I do think the rewards/loyalty program could be improved to make it more on par with cinemark/AMC.

It's been a bit since our family went to the movies and we had a great experience! We loved the Tuesday prices, making it affordable for our family to see the movie and all enjoy some snacks/drinks as well! And the seats are the best :)

West lakes theater is great because the service they provide recliner chairs with tables not all theaters have them and great customer service
