I’m a huge santikos supporter, it’s the only theaters I go to. But this past visit at the palladium was… interesting. Literally every person working seemed to not have a clue what they were doing. They were unfriendly and just straight up awkward. Like me ordering from them and asking questions was an inconvenience.
Doesn’t mean I won’t be back by any means. But employee training may need to be more improved?

Clean bright facility. Friendly welcoming staff. Tuesday discounted pricing. Great selection of movies. Love being able to get my own popcorn and put butter on it all the way through. Recliner seats are nice as well.
