Clean, friendly staff.
Customer service at the concession counter was very good and the employee that helped in directing me to the auditorium for my movie was very courteous.
The staff was helpful, the theater was clean and the seats were very comfortable.
The experience is always a good one, employee's have a nice attitude. My only recommendation, could you guys ensure the seats get a deep cleaning by a certified company once in a while. There have been a few occasions that the trays are very dirty, or popcorn and grease in the seats.

I did a requested review yesterday, but okay here's another.
Always satisfied when I come to Santikos Cibolo theatre; the auditoriums are always clean, seating comfortable, sound and picture are always perfect. Bathrooms are clean as are the public areas. The entrance looks lonely with all the empty area (something new coming?). The game, bowling, bar and lounge area are welcoming.
I think the lobby and hallway areas look aged and dusty (which they're not) I think they could use a little updating.
My only complaint is the popcorn. I'm a every week kinda a movie goer, I've loved movies since around the age of 10-12, when I'd go to the movies with my dad, another movie lover. I'm a popcorn lover and going to the movies and not having popcorn, well it's just unheard of. I know my popcorn and when the taste is just not right my movie experience is saddened. I've only gone to 4 Santikos theatres and so far Embassy (my movie house) has the best tasting popcorn. My Monday movie popcorn tasted like it was Sunday evenings popcorn. Fresh and tasty are the words of the day and if it doesn't taste that way, well it's disappointment time. Cibolo, I don't know if it's the brand of popcorn or if it's cooked to hot or long or you just over pop the night before and bag it up incorrectly or what, but please, please make my popcorn tears go away.

Overall great experience , the only thing is that I took my son to the Tuesday summer saving event and I wanted to get him a 5 dollar deal for him, in this economy every parent wants to save; I was told we could not get it because they only served it until 11 am; I looked at my watch it was 11:01 am; I understand there are rules but it was only 1 minute after , they could’ve honor as a one time, and after that , now that I know , I could make sure I order it before 11

The Location. The great parking. Easy to drive into and out of. The facility itself, from the spacious hallways, to the outstanding theaters and great seats. Whether we see a film in Imax or Standard, it's been a wonderful experience.

Love $5 Tuesday! And especially since it’s been remodeled, it’s so nice having reclining seats. One suggestion: we need more counter space by the soda machines.
Service is always good and I appreciate the Tuesday discounts. However, the little paper cones you give to share popcorn are ridiculously small and no use at all.

Love this place but very disappointed they are no longer selling wine. We love having wine with our movies as well as many of our friends. Bring back the wine!
Good experience. Seats comfortable. Would be nice if more ushers were checking on theaters. Lots of noise from patrons and small kids talking. Made the experience not as good. Did not want to leave to look for someone to help and miss movies please consider this. Thank you.

Our family loves how we can self serve our refill of popcorn and drinks! The other theaters like EVO doesn't have that option.
