Everything! The reclining chairs were awesome and the sound was amazing. We did have a group of teenagers behind us that was distracting, but other than that, our experience was amazing.

Silverado is my go to. I love the chill vibe but still the same santikos amenities.

Always a great value with great service. Love being able to fill my own drink and my own popcorn. Comfortable seats. The facility is always kept in good, clean condition

I'd really like to be able to have a bigger cup for ice water. The cone ones don't even allow for setting it down or any refills. If I'm drinking alcohol, which I usually get at least 2 drinks per visit, I need a substantial cup for water.
It was easy to get my balance
We didn’t have our tickets that were sent via email due to cell phone not at hand. Concession printed out our tickets which made my situation a whole lot easier.
Great food/bev selection, clean machines to get the drinks and popcorn, restrooms clean, theater clean. seats good.

Loved the reclining chairs plus the chairs were extremely comfortable. I had stopped attending movies at the theater but the comfortable chairs make me want to return to movies at the theater.

We Loved Santikos! With their clean auditoriums reclining seats, and variety of drinks including and most important variety of zero sugar sodas and the delicious burgers 😋
Liked the new upgrades- popcorn station, drink station. I liked that you purchased your own tickets from the kiosk (very similar to the app) but it was a little confusing for our first time doing it bc there was no signage directing us, or telling us, to buy tickets at the kiosk.
The customer service was great. I purchased tickets for 4 ppl to a 1:00 show. We had an emergency so we were very late. We were able to have our tickets switched to the next available time with no problems.
