I’ve seen Mary a few times now and she’s simply the best! She’s very attentive to your needs going in to the massage and will also educate you on what’s going on in certain problem areas and how to help heal those after the session. 11/10 for Mary!

I have been with Elements for almost 3 years. The front desk personnel is courteous and works with any schedule changes made by the therapist or the customer. I have been with several therapists and they are all professional and make you feel comfortable. Eddie has been my therapist for a few month and he is outstanding. I appreciate his attention to the sore muscles and working on other areas I didn't even know hurt. Elements is clean and organized; I have recommended to several people. Keep up the great work!

My massage therapist really listened to my needs and focused on the areas I asked him to. He was great and really intentional with the time we had. I left feeling relaxed and my shoulder started feeling less tight immediately. I was very happy with my experience!

Shannon is the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. She listens and understands chronic pain, which is sometimes hard to find. The front desk is always friendly. Everything is always clean.
