First time with Jackie as my therapist! She is phenomenal! She listened to me to know exactly how to make all my pain go away! and where she spent the extra time fixing. I've had many massages where a therapist kinda " just went through the motions " not Jackie! She genuinely made me fell that she cared about my health! I definitely will be asking to schedule with her in the future.

Everyone at the front desk is friendly and welcoming, and the massage specialists have always been very professional and competent.
I have only recently switched from the Needham location to the West Newton location and have been impressed with the front desk staff as well as the massage therapists.
I always get treated well and the service is great.
Victoria has been providing me massages for the past 4 months since she started there and does a fabulous job of finding and working out the kinks in my muscles.

I am so grateful to Ian for his expertise. My shoulder is completely healed. I thought I would be dealing with the pain and limited mobility for months but Ian was able to fix my shoulder in one session. I will tell my friends to see Ian as issues arrive or just to feel better.
