Daniel was attentive and checked in with me throughout the session. He found everywhere I was holding stress and worked to relieve the tension! He was very knowledgeable and provided helpful tips for stretching as well.

Amazing through & through. I had a serious knot in my right trap at the base of my neck that was aching even when I was sitting...Craig focused on that + all the other areas that were causing me uncomfortable strain. I'm a muscular guy who's a bit overweight and needed someone to get in there to the fascia between the shoulder blades, etc. Walked out floating on cloud 9 and the pain in my right shoulder gone. Came to the right place! Highly recommend.
