Recently, I left a family heirloom diamond earring in the jewelry dish and panicked, but when I arrived the next morning, the staff told me, “If it was left here, it will be here”—and they had it safely waiting for me. My massage therapist Zach H was amazing. Even though he doesn’t do “deep” work, he was able to work out a lot of tension and everything felt great. He even showed me some stretching to do at home. The girls up front were super sweet and the clinic itself is clean and comfortable.

There are 3 therapists I work with and all are great.
I am opposed to the client having to pay extra for an elite therapist.
In theory , all of your therapists should be providing excellent service.
If they have additional training and you hire them - the burdent of the cost should be on the company not the customer. I have declined services with elite therapists after once being assigned without knowing there was an extra charge.
Also - the 60 min massage is not really 60 minutes, it is about 45.
