I've been coming to Elements massage in Swampscott and now Belmont for years; I love the care I receive, although it took a long time to be able to find a therapist who was consistent and worked well, what I like most is the month to month membership!
I had a gift card from Mother's Day that I finally used. It's very expensive if you don't have a membership (which I don't) but I would probably reconsider based off the 90-minute massage I got with Josiah. It was so relaxing!
Rebecca was phenomenal- one of the best massages ive ever had! The front desk was super friendly and didn’t push any additional services on me. I got my time wrong and they called me right away to see If I was still coming and they fit me in anyway and were super nice and understanding about it. I’d definitely go back here.

Penelope was amazing. I can't say enough wonderful things about her. She is incredibly talented, intuitive, and truly gifted at what she does. She seems to know exactly where I am holding tension and how much pressure is needed without me having to explain much at att.
What really sets her apart is the care and attention she brought to my first session. She didn't just go through the motions - she listened to my body and tailored the massage to what I needed. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and noticeably better than when I arrived.

The best 90 mins massage I’ve experienced! I told Karl that I have neck and shoulder problems so just do what he needs to do because I might and I did fell asleep as I usually do during massage sessions. Next thing I know I woke up feeling like I have a new neck and shoulders. I felt so refreshed, relaxed and my blood is finally moving again. I will definitely comeback in two weeks. 5 stars to the staff, facility and the massage technique.
Yesse does a phenomenal job, and I always leave feeling better than I came in! I have had a couple times where I had a sore back from moving, and Yesse was able to alleviate the pain that I had been feeling for weeks after just one 90 min session. It’s amazing, and so appreciated!
