Welcoming front desk staff and good massage.
I am able to use gift cards that I get on promotion so it is affordable for me to get a massage. I like that there is more than one female therapist who can do deep pressure. At my last massage, she did all of the areas that I expressed I was concerned about. She came and got me right on time for my appointment. I appreciate being given water afterward, and a fountain where I can refill my cup. I appreciate dim lights and the quiet setting. I appreciate it when my therapist wears a mask when she sniffles or coughs, as well as seeing my therapist, put hand sanitizer on before she starts the massage. I appreciate relaxing, soft music.

My massage therapist was absolutely incredible. I would go to her every day if I could.
The receptionist talking about her being late was an absolute gossip. Loudly talking about her to every employee that walked in as if I and another woman weren’t sitting there, I found to be despicable. How incredibly rude and unprofessional. I was already stressed before going and to sit there gossiping actually made it worse.
The therapist, was the saving grace. I wouldn’t have cared if she was an hour late. What she did for my body was magic. I actually cried afterwards because I was so relieved for the first time in months.
I really like the service at the front desk and the professionalism of the massage therapists. Each one I have scheduled with was very devoted to the client experience.
