Kristyn is the FIRST massage therapist who listened to me. I have rods in my back, scoliosis, arthritis and sciatica and when I pointed out my pain points she listened and treated me accordingly. In the past therapists treated me like a science project and I would leave unsatisfied. Kristyn is my person.

The front desk is extremely courteous and helpful. I drive an hour to get to this particular facility to see Stephanie. She is in the process of fully recovering a torn ligament in my shoulder. She is incredible. I also just had my first experience at Elements with Dermaplane and it was great!

I love my membership and the fact that if I miss a month the credits roll over. After a crazy few months of missing treatments, I had credits and enjoyed a 2 hour massage and an hour facial. Much needed! I'm so grateful that this membership is flexible in that way. My regular massage therapist is Wesley. He does an excellent job. He really works out the knotted muscles but keeps it all comfortable and still relaxing, which I am sure is a huge challenge. I have also enjoyed massages from Cara and Mattye. My facial was with Trinity and she did fabulously as well. Thank you to all the staff at the Flower Mound location. Ya'll are awesome!
