Sharon is extremely talented at removing tightness that causes pain. Extremely talented!!! Her ability to remove a knot with only a Touch ID just as effective as dry needling only it is relaxing to the point that you could fall asleep while she does it.

I love the quiet and calm atmosphere of this elements location. Its never loud or over run by people in the waiting room. My husband and I have been seeing Catherine for our deep massage for a while now and she is so sweet and friendly and always listens to our needs and does a great job.
I have seen Danielle in past visits as one of the Massage Therapist that I see
in Somersworth. Danielle applied some new techniques to my massage that
I have not experienced before with her. I was in some pain from yard work, she
helped alleviate the pain, felt so much better the following day
