I received a 90 minute Swedish massage from Raika and I would ask for her again. My wife said I was so relaxed that I fell asleep for a period of time. I was totally pleased with her technique.

I have been an Elements Massage client for many years. The team at Southlake is the best! They are friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. My therapist is Giovani and he is exceptional. As a more mature person who works out daily, massage is the key for me to continue to rest and recover. Many people misunderstand muscle pain as chronic pain from undiagnosed conditions like arthritis.
