Elements Massage in Whitefish Bay is very accommodating. The few times I've had to cancel an appointment, they have been more than understanding. I'm also super impressed with the fact that I can choose my own personal therapist. David S. is very professional and he has a genuine concern for my needs.

First visit was using a gift card a friend gave me because I was suffering terribly from sciatica. Kailon really listened to my concerns and custom targeted my massage. I continue to go to Elements for about a year now.

Mary, at the front desk, was so incredibly helpful on the phone. My husband had called in to book me a surprise massage, and Mary and Sarah worked together to make it all happen for me. When I arrived, Mary welcomed me in and was so sweet and accommodating. I was booked with Sarah as she is one of their prenatal specialists, and she was soooooo wonderful. I had been battling horrible tension headaches for two weeks straight, and the day after my massage was the first day I woke up with no headache! She really worked so hard at alleviating my pain.
