Attention to detail

From the moment I stepped in to the reception area I was welcomed. Linda checked me in and talked me through the process, including what membership looked like without pressuing me to become a member. She was genuinely interested in who I was not just seeing me as a client or another number. The whole salon was clean and had a calming element throughout. James was wonderful and listened to my concerns about problem areas. He checked in throughout the massage to make sure the pressure and everything was perfect. Everyone i dealt with was amazing. If I was not moving out of state in the next two weeks, I would have signed up with a membership at the end for that location. Thank you for the whole team I worked with that day. You made my day.

I always feel welcome at elements. They are attentive and accommodating. Julie is a great therapist. She is intuitive and knows where I tend to have issues and tightness.

I love my massages at Elements Massage. If you become a member, they have specials. This month I got hot stones with my massage.

My massage with Joseph was awesome. His knowledge of anatomy is extensive and as a practitioner myself with connective tissue needing much releasing he was not only effective but made the best use of 60 minutes for one of the best treatments I’ve had. I feel so much better!

Front desk staff was very professional and helpful. Omayra took the time to find and massage the tightness in my back muscles. Best deep tissue massage I've ever had.

Love how friendly and accommodating the staff is. Andrew has done an amazing job of getting me back to a point that getting in & out of bed, every step, standing up or bending over to pick something up isn’t painful on a daily basis. I’ve had other friends rave about several of the other massage therapist they’ve used as well. I truly believe they are the best.

Therapist was very nice and helpful. She listened and was very understanding. Atmosfera in center was very positive and very good vibes. Girl on the front desk very friendly and nice. In the second I became member :) Definitely coming back and bringing my family members too :)
