Love how friendly and accommodating the staff is. Andrew has done an amazing job of getting me back to a point that getting in & out of bed, every step, standing up or bending over to pick something up isn’t painful on a daily basis. I’ve had other friends rave about several of the other massage therapist they’ve used as well. I truly believe they are the best.

WOW! Justine was fantastic! While she offers light to medium massage, her approach is effective. I came in really tight and in pain, but left feeling relaxed. I'd highly recommend her. Elements always offers a great experience.

Ashley provided a truly exquisite massage. From the first moment she touched my feet I knew I was in for a treat- her touch was deeply relaxing and she felt very attuned to my body. I have been getting at least a massage a month for a decade, and it was easily one of my favorites. I'm excited Ashley is with the practice- I had stopped coming to elements because i didn't connect with any of the therapsists I've tried recently (I know what I like) and I'm grateful to have Ashley.

I usually see Sharon (who is fantastic), but I ended up with James once due to a scheduling conflict. I’m honestly blown away. James is incredible. After just one session, I was pain-free for three whole weeks. His technique, attention to detail, and ability to pinpoint exactly what needs work is on another level. I’m so grateful for the relief he gave me. Truly exceptional.
