The front desk queens receptionists are always welcoming and have amazing information about how to schedule appropriate massages for the customers. They also try very hard to accommodate my very busy schedule as a teacher and coach. I always feel very supported by them and also billing and making sure that my points lead to discounts when appropriate. The receptionists are always warm, knowledgeable & fun to chat and schedule with which makes me continue to come back to Elements Massage.
The massage therapists that I have gone to have exemplar, professional, and personal bedside manners when doing my massages. I would & already have recommended numerous therapists too many of my friends and family. I love the membership deals & discounts that I receive the last three years I’ve been at Elements Massage. I know that each therapist that I go to has my well-being and care in mind and heart, and I appreciate them continuing to help me with the self-care that I deserve.

Reyna is absolutely amazing and my favorite. Sam is really good too. I’ve tried other therapist and haven’t enjoyed my experience as I do with the two of these lovely ladies. The entire staff is wonderful and they are always so flexible with my crazy schedule and odd reoccurring incidents of bad luck. I appreciate everyone at this location.
The only thing that I don’t appreciate is having to pay more to see an Elite or Master therapist sinply because they have more hours of training than others. I’d prefer it if the membership fee covered the entire cost of the massage on its own, regardless. If this was the case, I’d be able to give more gratuity to the therapist.

Although I’ve been to the Elements in Brian many times, this was my first visit to the College station location. The structure itself was very impressive, but the staff is outstanding, particularly Britny.
Jess was great
Very clean, calming, and relaxing environment. Isabell was extremely professional and personable. The music playing in the facility was maybe a little silly for my taste, but that’s just me! I did enjoy myself though.

I enjoyed my time at elements massage at wendell falls. My esthetician, Emily was very good, I enjoyed our conversation and she helped me learn more about my face texture, and thorougly explained everything she used on my face, as well as items she recommended for me in the future. I didn't feel pressured into buying things like I have at other places. Definitely a place I see myself coming back to ! SHOUTOUT EMILY!
Cody did a great job. I like Elements lit, and this is the second time I’ve been back with Cody. Easy to schedule, easy to park and great value.

Everyone is friendly and professional. Feby is wonderful! We talk about any issues I’ve been having so she can concentrate on those areas first. The massage always helps me relax and feel better.
The LMT took the time to listen to my concerns, and focused on the areas I was experiencing the most trouble. She had great communication and I’m looking forward to booking again!
