My first massage, with cupping, was wonderful! It yielded immediate results with increased mobility in my shoulders and relaxation in my back. I signed up for the monthly plan and I cannot wait for my next massage. The front desk staff are professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend to a friend and in fact, I have!

Just met CODY and I must say he did an outstanding job! I am a massage girl and have been for years and I will drive near and far to find a good therapist. NOW! I get to stay in my own backyard! My first time to Elements, which my friend had recommended, and I loved it! My masseuse, Rebecca, was great! It was a Trigger Point message, and she really helped me with my sciatica issue, along with a great massage throughout my body. I loved Grace at the front desk! She was so pleasant and informative and super helpful! I signed up for a membership and scheduled for 2 appointments.
Excellent! Very relaxing, l would recommend at minimum a one hour session. I have had massages with several of the therapist and they were all great.
