It was my first time receiving a professional massage. My massage therapist (John) was incredibly knowledgeable on sports which is exactly what I needed! He did a great job checking in on me and making sure that I was comfortable throughout the whole process. 10/10 will be going back.

Ease of scheduling - the front desk staff are really nice, quality of the massage with our massage therapists. They are friendly and very conscientious in asking before we start what level of massage do we need/want and what areas to focus on. I appreciate that as I have started working out again and at 57 different body parts hurts at different times. Payton completed my massage on April 12th and has before as well but after this most recent 60 minute I immediately booked a 90 minute with her in May. She's great.

I feel kike every time I get a massage, the therapist takes time to listen to my concerns and works on my problem areas. I had a session with Nez and she was very helpful. She explained to me her process and she was very helpful. I am definitely going back to see her again. My massages at Elements has been very good for my mind and body.
She told me what she was doing and why. I learned a lotin 1 hour. She was very pleasant and personable.

The Pentagon City Elements Massage office is conveniently located among shopping and restaurant options in Pentagon Row/National Landing. You walk in to a calm, cool, pleasant oasis of restful and therapeutic massage. I have been a member here since they opened, and it's one of my favorite places to visit every month. The therapists there are skilled and professional. Abel and Stephen are my go-to therapists, each with an individual style but both making me feel like a new person afterward. I prefer the ninety-minute massage, on a deliciously heated table, with hot stones and sometimes an extra fragrance element, like eucalyptus. Pure heaven and like being reborn. Cindy and Simone at the desk will check you in and out, and the personal touch on arriving and departing is always an added bonus to the massage experience. They are ever improving, and so lately the newest offerings include skin care and stretching! You are your own best friend, so take good care of your body, mind, and spirit at Pentagon City Elements Massage.
