I’ve been coming to Elements for years and I won’t go anywhere else! Their space is always clean and calming, and I’ve enjoyed 90% of my massages there. My last one was with Ali and I was not disappointed! She maintained great professionalism while hitting all target spots, and was happy not only to work on my knots but provide tips on how to stretch for at home relief.
What i loved about my experience of that she was so nice and respectful and kind mad me feel so comfortable and confident and she was so gentle with everything she used on my skin

Antonia was God sent! I experience sciatica pain, as well as chronic back pain regularly. Antonia was able to significantly lower my back pain in one 90 minute session. Within a day I noticed the range of motion of my neck had increased.
The next morning I woke up with considerable less pain and less stiffness in my lower back. I have not felt this good in months. I cannot wait to continue working with her. I highly recommend her for anyone who experiences body pain regularly.

One session with Gabriel did more for my strained lower back muscle than 4 weeks of physical therapy. Gabriel found the location of the strain almost immediately and used trigger point to help release the muscle.

I've really enjoyed my experiences at Elements Massage Boulder. Alex Wirth gives wonderful massages. He has really helped me work through some of my aches and pains from injury and repetitive motion. The receptionists are professional, courteous, and accommodating. I live in Boulder so the location is perfect with good parking.
