I like my massage therapist, Annie. She is very thoughtful and precise, asks before a massage what areas I would like her to work on, and checks in throughout the procedure to see if the pressure is okay or if I'm feeling pain. I cycled through all the massage therapists at the facility before I finally found Annie.
I have received many massages over the years at very fine upscale/luxury spas. While the creature comforts at those spas exceed those at Elements, the massage I get from Josephine always feels more relaxing and addresses my areas of concern. I’m always highly satisfied.
I appreciate that in my disappointment from my first massage that you gave me a complimentary one to make up for it. Tyler was fantastic and very knowledgeable. I have signed up for the membership and will be getting a massage from him on a monthly basis to address my issues. I have a lot of back, leg hip, glutes and foot pain. He was able to work on those areas and I will continue to have him do so.
