My massage therapist, Kylynn is a jewel. She is professional and empathetic towards my needs. She also is a heck of a technical massage therapist. I have been receiving massage for over 30 years and I worked in the field myself. She has a natural talent.
Also, the women who greet me and check me out are always warm and kind. Overall, it is a relaxing and comfortable experience I look forward to every month.

Aleksandra is truly exceptional - professional, respectful, and has the best etiquette l've ever encountered in a massage therapist. From start to finish, the atmosphere was calming, and every detail was handled with care. The massage itself was amazing - perfectly balanced between relaxation and deep tissue relief. I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

My massage therapist was excellent at understanding my needs and communicated throughout to make sure I was satisfied with the focus points and level of pressure. Also made recommendations to me based on my pain points and his experience in addressing them. He explained the muscles he was treating and the way the body responds to the stressors and the therapy.

Caroline was wonderful! I hadn't had a massage in a while and had a lot of muscle stiffness. She had just the right balance of deep pressure and lighter work to help my muscles release and relax. I had an excellent massage experience. The therapist was highly professional, listened carefully to my pain points, and addressed them very effectively. After the session, he took extra time to walk me through stretches and tips I can do at home to relieve the pain and continue improving — which I truly appreciated.
The front desk staff was also extremely friendly and professional. They patiently explained the membership options and made sure I understood all the benefits. I never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision — instead, I felt supported and informed.
Ultimately, I decided to sign up for the membership because of the professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care shown by the front office team. Highly recommend.
