My therapist, Brooke, is amazing. Every massage is therapeutic as well as relaxing. She is calm, welcoming, and immediately creates an atmosphere of relaxation. She listens to my concerns and specifically addresses areas where I am experiencing the most pain. She also quietly checks in during the session to ensure pressure is appropriate and that I am comfortable. She also provides gentle coaching on stretches and things I can do in between our visits which help alleviate pain. Thank you so much Brooke!
