I see Valerie on a regular basis, usually twice a month. She's a great communicator & very good at listening to me about the areas that need working out. She's always making sure that she's using just the right amount of pressure & checking in to make sure that I'm doing ok. I highly recommend her.

Had a great massage from Joan! It was just the right pressure and I feel so much better. I don't normally get massages and felt that her gentle demeanor and approach was a perfect match for my needs!

I think it would be helpful to have a better understanding of each massage provider - what they can provide and what they can't. Also, I don't understand why I would need to pay more for one provider over the other. In other massage establishments I've visited, there is a cost for all. I also would have liked my membership to start on the day that I obtained it, not on set days established by the business. I paid for my first visit on the 26th of the month, it should start then? Otherwise, the staff I have met are very nice and provide good information. While my massage provider was good, it was not entirely the type of massage I was looking for. But hopefully in time I will find a massage provider to fulfill those needs or I can work it out with the provider that I had, who was quite nice and I think for the first visit, did her best, not knowing me and all. I do like the membership perks and cost and the fact I can use the membership in many locations, the carry over of paid visits, being able to use what I've paid for additional services, if I have several accrued. Additionally, one other thing that is not great is that if I'm booking a 60 minute massage, i expect to receive the full 60 minutes, not 50 minutes. The suggested Tipping rate for less than 60 minutes, seems a bit high as well, although I hate to have the massage provider suffer for an establishment guideline.

Everyone from the receptionist to the therapist is very nice and welcoming. Karly is the best!

As always, my massage was relaxing and very good. We talked about any problem areas or areas to avoid up front, and the instruction was followed. Pressure was adjusted as discussed.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The massage therapist was attentive to asking about areas that were troublesome and asking periodically if pressure was okay. I appreciated the recommendations the massage therapist gave at the end of the session.

The staff assisted with finding the right massage therapist to suit my massage goals. Stephanie was excellent and listened carefully to my needs and preferences. Highly recommend!
