I've been playing a lot of sports lately and I'm getting older, so I don't bounce back like I use to. I needed some TLC, every ache and pain I had was screaming for attention. I'm so glad that I found Elements Massage and ended up in James' hands.

He was amazing, professional, and magical with his hands. He was descriptive and explained everything, and why I had the pain in areas that I didn't even know about until he paid attention to it. Just like I told him that he's stuck with me, because I don't want anyone else but him. His 20+ years of experience was comforting and very much appreciated.

Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. This was my first time at a massage parlor, the front desk (Sebastian) answered all my questions and the lady (Forgot her name but I believe it was Dana) helped me set up my membership.

The massage was amazing, I had a pre-natal massage with Jessica and 10/10 recommend her. Calming environment and very professional.

Extremely professional service

I've been going to elements massage in Mequon for a few years, on and off. I've never had a bad experience. My comfort level and preferences were always cared for when I came in for prenatal massages in 2022 and I still feel just as cared for years later.

The front desk staff is always friendly and welcoming.
The space is clean, calm and inviting.
And best of all, I love my massage therapist, Lia! She’s absolutely fabulous. She inquires about my physical condition, can hold a conversation, if I like, or silence if I prefer. I enjoy a firm massage and she delivers. She always checks in about the pressure of the massage and the temperature of the table.
I always feel incredibly relaxed and book my next appointment before I leave.
