My therapist is very knowledgeable about anatomy. He knows more about my pain than I do! He always listens to my concerns and adjusts our sessions to best meet my current issues. Great therapy. Great therapist!

Elements is always very elevated and relaxing feeling. It smells good, and the workers are very nice at the front. It's always clean and welcoming. The online booking is very simple to do. And I've had multiple different therapists that have all been slightly different, but all great. I always leave feeling relaxed and like I got a full body massage!

The member pricing, quality of massage therapists and friendliness of the front desk staff are worth the drive from Fountain Hills to Paradise Valley! They definitely won my business over Hand and Stone!

A truly holistic approach. Comfortable feel with friendly and welcoming staff. This is a clean and well put together studio. The massage therapists are professional and accommodating to individual needs. The estheticians are fantastic, they use product with all natural ingredients and seem to really know there stuff. I would highly recommend anyone to try at least one session at this location.
Ryan was highly skilled and effective at relieving pain and knots. Plus, he was super friendly and engaging.
