First time and I am giving Lena a 10 out the gate. I do not have a great amount of massage experience to compare; I however can say my time with Lena was great. Lena provides such a wonderful massage with a side of education. I left feeling euphoric and encouraged. I am definitely coming back and I live in South Hampton VA. Lena is worth the trip.

This location is an absolute dream. They handle my last minute requests and interesting communication style with grace and ease. I always feel so taken care of by everyone I see there. It’s clear they are taken care of too and it reflects in their energy. I have had massages from multiple people there, men and women, and I have never felt unsafe with either. They respect my boundaries, and follow protocol. I will always recommend this location!! 10/10.

Great experience with a new therapist for me. I signed up for the membership because there are new services like the stretching and posture program. I liked the ability to transfer my session to another person. There are many perks to benefit from having the membership and I enjoyed having the membership previously.
