Kelley is consistently good at what she does. It doesn’t matter if I’m having back pain, shoulder pain or something else, she’s always able to pinpoint the problem and help me to leave feeling better. I know there are other good therapists, but I stay with her because of her consistency. Extremely professional and knowledgeable.

Leann is great! The pressure was perfect for me - worked out some of the knots I have in my back, but didn't leave me sore afterwards which is exactly what I was looking for. I would definitely book an appointment with her again and recommend her to anyone who is looking for relaxation and restoring themselves!

The facility at Elements Alderwood is also wonderful — always spotlessly clean and welcoming. The hot towel and chocolate mint at the end of each session are a lovely finishing touch that makes the whole experience feel complete.

My daughter and I booked a couples massage and my daughters massage therapist was a no show. We were very thankful that a massage was comped to me and my daughter was able to relax in the room on one of the massage tables while I was having my massage. We will rebook the couples massage soon but want to thank you for taking such good care of us. Also, Stasia was wonderful!
