Element 's in Shrewsbury is a great place to get a massage. They offer a variety of treatments and therapists will adjust the massage to assist you to whatever level is needed. I have spine issues and Jessica has been my therapist for many years. She is thoughtful and experienced. I enjoy having a place to get my body in balance. Element's has fantastic staff and the front desk staff are warm and welcoming.. Element's is a great part of my wellness team.
