Paul was absolutely incredible. After experiencing chronic pain for years, I was able to actually get a good night’s rest after he addressed some deep knots and problem areas in my shoulders and neck. Healing hands!

Elements Massage at Desert Ridge is phenomenal. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and caring. Stevie, my masseuse was professional, so soothing- I fall asleep, she makes me feel so relaxed. Barbara of the front office is informative, professional, very knowledgeable about all of the options. She greets everyone in such a friendly kind manner. This is the best day spa I have ever been to. I look forward to seeing everyone they are so welcoming.
