Front staff are always wonderful! Everyone goes out of their way to help their clients. Communication is excellent. Being a long term client, I would highly recommend trying a new therapist into you find a good fit. They will work with you until you find that person. If you didn't enjoy your experience, let the front desk know why and they can negotiate an alternative for another visit. Most businesses just care about the booking, but Elements Massage care about your experience!

My massage therapist is great. She listens to what areas of my body needs additional help and adjusts pressure accordingly.
The therapist listened to what I needed and did a very good job addressing those places She checked in along the way to see if the pressure was correct after wards, I felt so much better

I have been a member here for many years, I love the fact that they add new things often, the front office staff is so nice and professional. I always feel welcomed and listened to. My massage therapist was wonderful and I 100% will be going back.
Felix gives the best massage, hands down. He takes the time to ask questions and checks in with comfort level during the massage.
