I had a massage with Veronica at Elements Massage on Tuesday and had a great experience. I specifically wanted a sports/deep tissue massage, and she did an excellent job.
Veronica was very knowledgeable and really took the time to work on the areas that needed extra attention. She used the right amount of pressure and targeted tight areas while still making the massage relaxing and enjoyable. I could tell she has a lot of experience and understands how to work with the body, rather than just following a standard massage routine.
I left feeling so much better and very impressed with the entire session. If you are looking for someone skilled in sports or deep tissue massage who can really focus on problem areas, I highly recommend booking with Veronica. I will definitely be requesting her again!

Friendly, professional, helpful staff--in person and on the phone. My massage therapist is beyond excellent--very knowledgeable, great techniques, LISTENS and gives a massage tailored to my needs. Facilities are clean tastefully decorated; providing water, tea, face masks. Appropriate piped-in music for a peaceful spa experience.
Stormy did an excellent job for the first timer. Great combo use of her hands and arms throughout the massage.
My regular therapist listens to and cares about my specific needs. She is clearly an expert in her field.
My message therapist is awesome and the receptionist is very friendly and inviting. My only complaint is the horrible music playing in the background. This week it sounded like music for a funeral home, that is not relaxing!

Kristina really listens and addresses the issues when I have specific spots that need attention. But when I just need a nice all-over. relaxing massage. she delivers!
I appreciate your online scheduling system because it makes it easier for me to find appointments that fit around other appts I have in Concord. With gas being as expensive as it is, I'm trying to combine several errands and appointments on the same day.
Easy to book and massage was great
Elements Massage is great. The people are friendly, the rooms are quiet and comfortable, and the therapists are all professional and experienced. I've found that there is quite a difference between therapists in exactly how they conduct the massage, so my advise is to visit several therapists before making a choice about which one you will want to see regularly. I've always been happy when I have had to see a new therapist, even though I have my favorites. And the membership is a good deal if you are committed to monthly sessions.
