The staff at Elements is always so friendly, professional and helpful. They do everything they can to accommodate me when I need to change my schedule. The facilities are always immaculate. I always go to Dana Norris, and she is the very best! She listens to the issues I am having and is able to pinpoint where I am having pain and give me relief. Additionally, she advises me on stretches and strength exercises I can do on my own time. I can' say enough good things about Dana. To add to all of that, she is a wonderful person, and I truly enjoy talking to her while I am on the table, and she is making me a better human!

Friendliness of ALL staff. Judy was my massage therapist and she is great! When finished the massage table lifts your upper body up. This really helped me because after lying flat for an hour it kept dizziness at bay. In all my massage experience I had two first with Elements.
1. A breast plate was offered, oh my goodness the difference it made. Took away pressure on neck and upper shoulders.
2. Head of table raising up. No straining those newly massaged muscles.
Also, monthly membership is month to month and missed appointments roll over.

Oliver was my massage therapist at the McKinney location and he truly listened to me when discussing focus areas and pressure level ahead of our session. His ability to adapt to my preferred pressure level was excellent. For the first time, I was not ridiculously sore the next day. Soreness was still present, but didn't feel like I had been run over by a bus. Huge thank you to Oliver. I plan to return for another session.
Massages are specific to individual needs. Enjoyed my time with Michael - sorry to see him go. Hopefully, I will also have a good working relationship with my next massage therapist at Elements.
