my experience during my facial was awesome. However, I got lost getting to the location, the receptionist was not helpful in directing me to the location. I arrived late to my appointment.
The receptionist was very nice. The door opened, a lady greeted me with Carol, showed me to the room, advised me to remove my upper clothing. Left the room, returned and started the facial.
This facial specialist never introduced herself. I asked her if my facial was going to be 90 minutes which I paid for, she said, I can try to get everything in, but since you were late I am not sure.
The facialist lady was very serious, explained some of the products & procedure she was doing.
She did a good job, my skin felt amazing. I purchased almost $400.00 worth of products. I also, purchased three 90-minute massages for future gifts for friends and family.
I will recommend Elements massage to my friends and neighbors. Suggestion for the facialist, please do better, and be more friendly not so serious and robotic. In addition, during my intake form I checked other services, but none of that was discussed with me from the facialist. I do have another facial and massage scheduled for Aug. 23, 2026, I am hoping for a better experience with the specialist.

How considerate and accommodating the personnel were.
My massage with Rose was super relaxing. I went in stressed feeling physically very tight and tense and left feeling relaxed with no muscle pain. I have painful feet and the reflexology helped me feet tremendously!
I have been in so much pain since having my baby in January. Justin made me feel comfortable and gave me great pain relief. He always does a great job but this was amazing.

I had a great experience while getting my first massage at Elements. The staff at the front desk was super informative and very friendly. They explained all the ins and outs of going with a membership. There are so many benefits. My massage was very nice and helped my tense muscles for sure. I only would have preferred that the therapist not talk so much. It's much more relaxing to me to have quiet. Other than that, I was pleased and will going back!
