Carlos is fantastic at his craft. He knows how to help my body feel better. I never ever want to stop getting a monthly massage. Carlos is gentle with his techniques at getting me feeling relief from my chronic back pain. He also always gives a scalp massage at the end of our session! It feels THE BEST!!

Kaylz is so great. She gives the best facials. The actual location leaves much to be desired in an office building, with thin walls it’s hard to relax if someone is talking in the reception area

Wonderful experience. I had consistent, dull mid-back pain that would twinge every few minutes. I wasn't able to sleep or relax. Got a medium pressure full body 90 minute massage and it's gone. Back pain is no joke and I appreciate the relief. Thank you!

Everyone at the front desk is so kind and welcoming. I see Joy for my massages and leave feeling refreshed, relaxed and renewed. Joy phenomenal and attentive in making sure I am comfortable as well as benefiting as much as i can from the massage. The facility is over all clean place and well kept. Elements has a wide rage of massage therapists so there really is someone for everyone there. Highly recommend!
Whoever is at the desk, kindly and calmly greets you as you walk in the door, setting the tone for the experience. Kate, the esthetician, is incredibly knowledgeable and has an amazing calmness with how she works. My skin always feels so fresh and hydrated after leaving a facial with Kate.

Kyla always gives great massages and I found yesterday's massage very therapeutic with all the muscle tension I had before the massage.
This was incredibly helpful in aiding my endocrine and muscle soreness issues. My therapist was incredibly professional and kind. I felt relaxed for the first time in forever. I reccomend this to friends and family because they focus on proper spa care, friendly staff and more emphasis on physical therapy.
I lied, I would never recommend Elements and Arielle because I don’t need anymore competition for her availability. Sorry folks, Arielle is the most outstanding massage therapist I’ve ever worked with. She is not only technically superior, she also takes the time to nurture the spirit.
