I recently had to cancel an appointment on short notice, they re-booked me but kept me on a call list in case of any cancellations that would allow me to come in sooner. When I came in, I was in a room I had never been in before, and just like the other rooms, it was very clean, temperature controlled and relaxing. Massage therapist Jill did a through intake to discuss any area I wanted her to focus on. I must say she is amazing, she always seems to find that trouble spot and work it out leaving me feeling very relaxed. Her time management is perfect, she gets to everything without shorting her time on any one area, checks in on her pressure and adjusts as needed. Overall I cant say enough great things about Elements Massage in Meriden, a well run establishment that puts yoiu the customer first!

All of the personnel there are top-notch. Each one of them has a different job and everyone does their job well. They are all concerned about the customer and how to service them in not only an in an expedient, matter, but in a manner that the customers request are fulfilled.
