Everyone at Elements West Ashley is great --- the folks in the waiting area and especially my masseuse Reid --- she gets right into problem areas and also does an overall body massage better than most!
The ease of booking appointments, and the care the massage therapists take to ensure you’re comfortable. I like how they ask about pressure throughout and listen to your concerns and address the during the massage. One thing I dislike is sometimes there’s a lack of communication from the front desk to the massage therapist.
Mike listens to activities you have been doing lately and he massages out the knots.

I love going to Elements! The front staff is always friendly and helpful. Every person who has worked on me over the years has been amazing and I feel so much better when I leave. I had severe scoliosis and was in constant agonizing pain. They helped prolong the inevitable total spinal fusion surgery. Since my T3-L4 fusion, I've returned to Elements and Chelsea has helped with the scar healing and tight muscles after doing Pilates 4x week. Chelsea uses cupping to help move blood and fluid under the scar- it looks wonderful and more importantly I have feeling back!!! I'm so appreciative of Chelsea- I can feel how much she puts her heart into helping me. I owe a lot of my healing journey to her. THANK YOU, CHELSEA!!!
