The therapist listen to my concerns and acted on them. Can’t wait for my next massage.
Everybody is very nice. The facilities are nice. There should be a hook in the room that you can hang some of your clothes on.
Cannot comment on the masseuse’s because I’ve only had one masseuse. Rita is very nice.
The friendly atmosphere
Great therapists
Extremely clean
Reliability - I’ve seen Many different therapists since I became a regular, which is now 6+? years monthly. And, while the massage methods vary amazingly, the Quality of the massages rarely suffers.
Availability - as a professional, my schedule has been a busy one over the time I’ve been a regular at Elements. Yet, I’ve been able to get in monthly! Virtually without fail. Rarely put on hold, and your schedulers always have answers now. They really know how to do their job and they do it well. Much appreciated.
