The lobby was clean and well lit, staff friendly and helpful and there was relaxing music. Had 2 therapeutic massages with David for a painful shoulder. Shoulder has a little more mobility now and not as painful. He gave good advice and I felt very comfortable with him.

The minute you walk in Elements you feel a sense of peace and relaxation. Everything is very clean and inviting. I loved that the room was cold and very dark. Douglas was very professional, asked the right questions and gave the best deep tissue massage. I will use Douglas again in the near future.
