Front desk staff are courteous and kind. The massage therapist, Matte, is always fantastic and we either have great conversations or they let me enjoy the massage in relaxing silence, whatever I feel like on the day. She listens to me and my needs when I come in and my body always feels so much better afterwards!

Welcoming staff and calming environment

Mylo was very technical and informative. During the massage she identified and worked on the areas which needed attention and showed me stretching that could help. I would highly recommend her.

My last message was very good.

Armando was fantastic! I had a knot in my back that wouldn't go away and was limiting range of motion in my neck and left arm. I tried muscle relaxers, pain killers, yoga nothing worked. One session with him and I have the full use of my arm and neck.

I have been visiting Elements for a bit over a year now. They therapists are great, take pride in their work, and are focused on the client’s therapeutic needs. Erzy is fantastic!
