I returned to Elements after not coming for a few years as life just seemed to keep being too busy. I couldn’t remember who I saw last time but searched my emails to find it was Frankie. I was SOO excited to see she was still with Elements and booked with her again. She gives the most soothing massages and I can’t wait to visit again!

Danielle is always so kind and has a warm presence. She makes sure to check in and ask how pressure and focus area is going during the session. She has the perfect amount of pressure between relaxation and firm pressure on the areas that needed it. Can’t wait for my next session with her!

Avery was awesome with the massage and conversation. The only reason I didn’t put ten is because of the blue light in the room. Not sure if it’s adjustable but it does trigger migraines, plus if you’re a computer person you stare at blue light all day. Red light would be way better thank you!

Where do I even start? The ladies at the front desk were so friendly, welcoming, and engaging. And Lisa was absolutely amazing! She was incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable from the moment I met her. The entire experience was wonderful, and I truly felt relaxed and well taken care of the whole time. I highly recommended!!
Steph is amazing! She has great experience and loves what she does and it shows. The front desk was also very friendly. Overall great experience :)
Tia is incredible. She somehow manages to find every knot and sore spot (even spots that surprise me). However, she's not one of those therapists that make your eyes water because she is hurting you. She truly goes above and beyond when you have a problem area and she doesn't just treat the area, but she explains how our muscles act like a pulley system, so she addresses the hole system. I would highly recommend Tia, she does a wonderful job and I look forward to my appointments with her!
