My therapist is very knowledgeable and experienced. She accommodates my specific massage requests. I make appointments a couple months in advance to insure that she is available at the time and day that I desire.

I appreciate that the team expects me, knows who I am, and makes note of my preferences - like that I prefer lavender aromatherapy, and I like the breast pillow for my massage.

Gabrielle showed me how to adjust the headrest so that it's where I want it - I really appreciate that.

Last week I had Otis, and I don't think he'd worked on me before. He obviously made an effort to check my file, because he already had the breast pillow on the table. Those small touches make a big difference. I have had Gabrielle several times, and so was nervous about changing therapists. Although Otis had a different technique, he did a fabulous job, and had just the right pressure.

Highly recommend Elements in Keller. I have had several services there and they all have been amazing. The front desk is very friendly and accommodating with scheduling.

Customer Service is fabulous and it's easy to book appointments. I have two favorite people I book for massages. They are Sunny and Paige. I have had many massages over the years and this is the best place both for customer service and the expert caliber of the massages. It is great for my mental health and my body aches.

Masseuse was great at working the “injured“ part of my back. The cupping was a nice added measure as well. Thank you.

I have been through several therapists, staying with a couple for ages. I have left a few for varied reasons, and have been genuinely upset when a couple moved on. I have a new one now, booked out for 3 months to be sure I can get him. The desk staff are all nice!

Very professional and experienced staff

The reception was very warm and welcoming. I really like that. The receptionist knew my name, I am always blown away when an establishment remembers me. Kyle was phenomenal. He applied the exact amount of pressure I wanted. My body thanks him for that. My departure was just as wonderful. Very genuine and sincere. My next appointment was scheduled and I was offered cold water.

I have scoliosis and hip bursitis, so a lot of pain in my neck, upper and lower back. I ask Deliciara to concentrate on those areas, and it has helped me very much. After leaving, I have more mobility in my neck, and the tight muscles in my back and shoulders are more relaxed. I feel much better.

Enrique is an excellent massage therapist. I've been seeing him for years and he comes from a personal trainer background and is very knowledgeable about anatomy and the human body. Very thorough massage everytime and never feels cookie cutter. Love this place!

Everyone from the time you walk in until you leave is very warm and welcoming. I go monthly for a massage. It is a gift I give myself! It’s a chance to step away from the stresses of everyday life, soreness following a workout , or recovery from an injury and leave feeling more relaxed, comfortable, and recharged. I would highly recommend Elements.

Ease of use of the website - almost all of the therapists I have visited at Elements Acton have been great.
