I prefer Deep tissue massage, and the techs Tyler, Catey and Maria are very effective. While my wife and kids have raved about the Swedish type massage, which is what they prefer.

I feel everything it is personalized to my body and my needs! I always leave feeling so refreshed and reset for the on coming week. The lobby upon entrance as well is very relaxing and calming not loud and disruptive.

I love the staff at the retreat. Everyone is always so nice and friendly. My therapist, Adam, is probably THE BEST massage therapist I have ever had anywhere. So thorough, making sure I am comfortable and his techniques are spot on. The only reason I couldn’t give it a 10 is because back in Kansas City we had memberships at Massage Heights, a chain like Elements. Our membership included 1 elevation per month. So we had 90 minute with 1 elevation each month. At Elements, elevations are an up charge. I wished the memberships included an elevation, like stones or aromatherapy.
