Nice environment and John was very attentive to the areas I pointed out in the pre-session conversation, which isn’t always the case. Facility is clean and well staffed. Front desk staff was helpful in answering questions without the high pressure tactics that some other establishments use to get you to join.

It was my first time at Frisco location. I got the whole hour of facial with everything inclusive, other places just keep pushing for addons. The esthetician was knowledgeable and sincere.

Sometimes I just want a relaxing massage and sometimes I need to have some deep tissue work done. Elements’s has techs that can deliver both.

Hello Element Massage

Yes, Mariah is always awesome. She has Angel's Hands. It's like she knows where you need treatment at before I can tell her. The hot stones treatment is a treat to experience and aroma therapy is the icy on the cake.

I really enjoy my Massage treatment and happy I discovered Element Massage family.

Michelle(?), at the front desk, was most welcoming and helpful ... a fine introduction to what. would be a most relaxing massage.
