The massage was great and exactly what I asked for. Everyone was super nice. It was pretty cold in the room where my massage took place. The bed warmer was on, but it was still a little chilly for me. Wouldn't change anything else!

I've seen many over my life, and I have to say she is the one who has caused lasting change in my body. I have a lot of neck, shoulder and back pain, and Rachel knows the right amount of pressure for each area. I like very much that she can find the spot that needs to loosen, and that she is trained to use deep pressure when the situation calls for it.

Jessica gave an awesome massage. She uncovered for me one spot in particular that I believe is contributing to the headaches I've been having. Would highly recommend her massages.
Francisco at the Happy Valley location is excellent. Knowledgeable with his anatomy and physiology. Francisco is very nice and listens to my concerns. He recommends stretches /exercises that will help.
I like the scheduling tools and the ability to choose from so many massage therapists.

The Newburyport team and faculty are awesome. The staff and my therapist pay attention to my needs. Office is very clean and comfortable. My therapist addresses my massage needs and often consults me on areas that need more attention. He gives me advice on strength and stretching.
First impression came from Maddie. She was very welcoming and knowledgeable. She scheduled my appointment with William who was excellent and genuinely cared about my situation.
Oh there are a few reasons why I keep coming back, first there's the knowledge and courtesy of those greeting you at the front desk, the ease of making appointments online and then as needed changing them due to schedule conflicts, the cleanliness of the building, the knowledge of the therapist I see (Notice, I didn't mention her name for selfish reasons) every time I have a question or problem area that needs extra work she's got the solution and at least from my perspective, our personalities match, the various services offered and finally the cost is right!
Yuri is an extremely proficient masseuse. I have never in my life had a better therapeutic massage in my lifetime. The facility is always clean and smelling fresh. The lobby lights are a bit too bright but other than that I will keep returning to Elements!!!!

Appreciate the availability emails and use them to book. New payment system is much improved. Remodel on Bryant is nice but I like the darker tones of Danforth. More soothing, less sterile. Thanks!

The team at the Geneva location of Elements Massage is professional, kind, and caring. Among the massage therapists, I would have to say Adrian is the best they have because he has the knowledge and stamina to do deep tissue massage work that makes a difference.
