I give Relaxation & Comfort 10 stars. The ladies at the front desk were pleasant, greeted me with a smile, and answered all my questions. Lindsay was amazing. I never had to remind her about the pressure. I had a slight headache (just stress from my day), but it disappeared during my session. The stiffness in my left shoulder has been bothering me, but Lindsay took her time & focused on every knot until it was no longer there. I would have to say this was the best massage I've had in a long time. I was up in the air about signing up for the Elements Monthly Wellness Membership before my massage, as this was my first visit, but after my session with Lindsay, I was sold. Thank you for providing Perfect Service.

All of the massage therapist I have used have been great. The office staff is very friendly and helpful.

I enjoyed the entire experience...the cleanliness, the ambience, the friendly front desk staff and, last but certainly not least, the massage I received from Barb who is rightfully designated as a "master" massage therapist. After listening to my needs, she proceeded to give me an amazing massage. I walked in with many aches and pains and walked out feeling 100% better. I highly recommend Barb and, in general, Elements Massage (Horsham).

I often drove by Elements Massage in Branford thinking about stopping by to schedule a massage. Finally, I stopped in. The facility itself is fantastic - great waiting room and the massage rooms are well appointed (warm massage table, relaxing music, nicely lit). The front desk staff are extremely helpful with making appointments but their superpower is making you feel welcome when you arrive. I described to the scheduler my goals and she suggested I try Jeannifer. I have had tremendous experiences with Jeannifer as my massage therapist. She always asks about muscles needing attention but she is very skilled at finding those in knots and giving them the needed attention. I also find the pricing approach at Elements Massage to be very competitive (so I signed up for a monthly membership). Great experience!

I felt like I got a bit cheated in time. I wasn't taken back to a room until several minutes after my scheduled appointment and my massage didn't start until probably 5 minutes after that. I am not sure how much time is scheduled on each side of a "90 minutes massage" so maybe a 90 minute massage is actually 75 minutes.

Staff was very concerned with identifying exactly what the customer wants and executing it.

It is super rare to find an entire business/health spa full of folks who truly care. Everyone - administrative and reception staff, owner, therapist - every single human is kind and genuinely caring. I usually see Richard for a 90 minute massage. When they are unavailable or I'm feeling a different vibe I know I'll be well cared for by the other therapists - Baba, Eric, Rosalind, etc.

To the Team: I'm really glad I found you all! Thank you for the years of therapeutic massage and genuine interconnectedness.

To Drivers: I suggest parking in the well lit public lot behind the businesses/cultural center across the street.

I had a thing where my right arm would go all pins and needles from the elbow down after a hard day of computerin’ and Elements has been a total game-changer for me. I’ve been going regularly for a few months and I feel massively better.

Personnel are very kind, professional and accommodating. I’m treated as a person of value and not ever made to feel like just as a customer. I’ve referred several friends and family members. Each have their enjoyed the experience. There are several locations and other providers closer to my residence, but the location at happy valley and i17 always has an amazing staff. I don’t mind driving the extra mile for that location.

We love this place and everyone who works there! Seldom have we felt our business was so appreciated or the service any better. The membership is such a great value and we look forward to our massages every time we book.
