I strongly recommend Sabrina to anyone looking for a massage therapist who truly knows her stuff. She identified a number of tight muscle groups and loosened them all up. She also took a shoulder injury that had plagued me for months and significantly reduced my pain level while conversely increasing my range of motion.

The massage, the atmosphere, and the staff are all wonderful! With this being my first ever massage, I felt listened to by my practitioner as well as encouraged to speak up about anything that might be bothering me. Noel is just fabulous, cannot thank her enough for such a warm welcome into the practice. I also did not feel pressured to join their subscription service.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Sujika is a skillful massage therapist and I wouldn't think of scheduling with anyone else. She is intuitive and she has very warm hands!

The therapist I had was relatively new, but she was amazing. I melted into the table and could hardly roll over when it was time! Her name was April. Definitely relaxing and perfect pressure for my chronic pain condition. 5 stars 10? Lol

I was able to get in for a same day appointment. The massage therapist was good and asked along the way to make sure he was doing a good job with sufficient pressure.

I recently enjoyed a relaxing 90-minute massage experience at Elements' Newburyport studio. The experience started with a friendly greeting and banter with the front desk staff of Deb, Freddie, and Erin which transitioned me into the correct mood prior to my massage. I opted for a late afternoon massage to allow myself plenty of time afterwards to recover and properly hydrate which is so important following a deep tissue massage. My therapist, Catia, incorporated hot stones which are perfect for a 90-minute massage especially during the winter months, to loosen tight muscles. Catia adjusted her applied pressure during my massage in response to my pain tolerance levels. She is awesome with her massage regimen and techniques and also incorporates stretching at the end for the session to really loosen tight ligaments. Her massage regimen incorporates hot towels on your back, feet, and face near the end of the session which makes it feel like a spa experience. Truly an awesome experience! I left the studio with my body feeling very relaxed and loose.
