I have been going to Elements for years. Communication is clear and professional and I am always greeted by friendly staff. Landon is an excellent massage therapist. He is a good listener and responds to my concerns. He is very respectful and professional and I feel like the massage helps manage my muscle tension and reduce tightness so I keep going back!

I’ve had great experiences in the 3 times I have visited Elements in the last year or so. Very professional, and excellent massages.

Friendly reception and quality massage.

My experience was incredible, from start to finish. I was greeted by a warm, friendly face who welcomed me and got me checked in right away. Before I could sit down to look around the lobby, my therapist, JANSON, quickly met me at the door to escort me back to the treatment room for my massage.

He already knew my areas of discomfort and fatigue. It was as if he had listened in on my call as I described my preferences during the initial booking! I definitely appreciated that he was prepared and did not require much instruction. I was truly able to relax and felt comfortable. The heated table was a great perk! Janson was definitely a pro, and helped with my soreness in my lower back, hip and ankle. I had no complaints whatsoever and am already booking my next session in September! The receptionist was so kind, and even helped me out secure simultaneous appointment for my best friend as a surprise for her birthday! The spa was pristine, very quiet and had soft lighting, calming decor and hot stones in every treatment room! I will be booking with Janson again and go for a 90 minute appointment moving forward! Thanks for an exceptional first experience at Elements!

the staff is always wonderful, the membership is generous, it's fairly easy to get an appointment, and the massage therapist I see (Phoebe) does wonders for my knots and brings a calming presence.

Morgan was wonderful.

She asked many preliminary questions beforehand to make sure she was addressing my problem areas. She continually made sure I was comfortable withe the bed temperature, massage pressure, etc

I felt great immediately afterwards and scheduled a subsidiary a subsequent appointment with her.

She clearly cares about the needs and comfort of her customers!
