My massage therapist Justine, provided the amount of deep tissue pressure that was just right for me. She also located particular areas that were in need of more attention, within the areas I had told her were sore during our initial conversation. This showed me she was very much paying attention to how my muscles were responding to her work.
I appreciated how relaxing and professional the entire experience was. The atmosphere was calm, the massage was tailored to my needs, and I left feeling refreshed, less tense, and well cared for.
