I am a regular visitor to the Saugus location and the staff and facilities are warm and friendly. I am greeted every time I arrive and the check in, check out and rebooking process is always easy and I have never had any errors.

Dani-Lu, is my regular massage therapist and always does a fantastic job. She absolutely deserves praise, a raise and public recognition for how great she is at her job…. But please make sure you don’t fill up her schedule so much I cannot set my next appointment!

Everyone who works at the Cornelius location is so helpful and accommodating, especially Lawrence, and J’laine is my favorite massage therapist! They really worked hard to make sure that their membership packages are actually a good deal and help people meet their wellness goals at a reasonable price!

Lindsay was amazing as always. She always seems to be able to match my vibe without me saying much and knows what needs attention. I had a free upgrade from a scheduling/payment issue from the previous session so I appreciated that.
