I LOVE my therapist! Receptionist that has greeted me for months now is very welcoming, helpful and just plain kind. Rooms are comfortable and for the most part relaxing. Sometimes, I hear hallway chit chat. What I struggle with is the cost. I am a teacher and have been getting priced out of the ability to continue services. Having the option of an every other month or once a quarter membership would be much easier for this single income family. I am sad that I will have to completely cancel my membership after years of being a member when the increase takes effect in October.

For a massage Hannah rocks... just the right pressure (she checks in to see if you are comfortable), a little talk in the beginning then quiet peaceful massage therapy, excellent at what she does!
She has an amazing memory- remembers from session to session what my problem areas are.

I love that it’s like a mini spa experience, rather than just an “appointment.” The waiting area is serene and feels more private even though it’s just in a shopping area. Stepping inside is stepping away from all the noise and busyness and traffic. Desk staff is always quietly friendly. Never any pressure to add on services or try new things next time, though new services are available and there’s information on the table to browse. The therapists are amazing. It can be a little tough to book unless well in advance, especially for the higher levels, but getting on the waitlist usually results in a sooner time coming available. Highly recommended over the big massage chains.
