Lucas did a great job at releasing the tension in my back, shoulders and neck areas. Afterwards he gave me some tips on some stretches that would help loosen the knots in certain areas. He gave me a much-needed relaxing massage.

Had a great experience this visit. The masseuse, Caroline (Catherine?) was excellent. Worked in some stretches with the massage as well. If I return it will be to visit her. The place was its usual clean and confortable.
