I came in super stiff and have a history of my neck freezing as well as chronic pain in my upper back. This was my first time here and Shawn was phenomenal. By far the best experience I’ve had, he explained the technique when I asked and it was both relaxing AND therapeutic. Would absolutely recommend him and will definitely be returning to Elements Massage.

Our massage was amazing! Both the masseuse and masseur were great and did such a good job. I left the massage feeling so relaxed and comfortable and my partner felt a lot of relief in their back specifically as well. We definitely would like to come back another time for another massage!! Soothing and relaxing
Everyone is nice and great customer service skills. I have had facials and peels on a 4 week schedule with Liv. She is outstanding and so kind always asking if everything feels right etc. I have had facials before at 3x the cost that weren’t as good as hers. I wouldn’t be coming back on a schedule if I wasn’t pleased the outcome and Liv.
I have been going to Amy for over a year now! She is the best massage person I have ever had. I used to belong to Massage Envy, but during covid and after covid, it went down hill fast.
So someone gave me a gift of massage to Elements Massage!
I tried it and was so happy I have been coming back for over a year now.
I fell on January 5, 2025 while slipping on the ice, and broke my hip.
I called and talked to Stephanie and let her know my situation and how I was in a wheelchair and was going to be for at least 4 months. So I needed to put my membership on hold for 6 months. Stephanie was so kind and made that all happen for me. I was so grateful to her for taking care of me.
It took exactly 6 months to be able to come back and return to my once a month massage. So happy to be back and having wonderful massages from Amy ever since.
I love Elements Massage, so happy to be a customer there!

Juan did an amazing job. He listened to my areas of concerned and only concentrated on those areas.
Analysis provides the absolute best neck and back massage I really enjoyed it. Miranda is very knowledgeable and helpful with my skin condition and recommended helpful products. The entire experience was fabulous and just what I needed to relax and recharge my batteries. The owners are very positive professional and concerned with making your wellness experience the best out there. Highly recommend!

Teri did a fantastic job. She focused on the areas that I asked her to focus on, and I felt like a new person when she was done. Looking forward to getting more massages from Teri in the future.
The ladies at the check in desk are always polite, welcoming, and helpful. I always leave feeling refreshed and have had nothing but wonderful massage therapists. I now have a regular therapist I see once a month. Self care is definitely necessary and these people know how to make it happen effortlessly.

The staff here is really great! The front desk staff are friendly, helpful and professional. The massage therapist I see is the best, which is why I keep coming back! She is thorough and takes the time to ask questions about your needs and any issues you want to work on. I often get good tips from her as well,which she even writes down so I don't forget. Being a master therapist, she is knowledgeable and her hands on treatment is top level! Thanks so much!

I enjoyed my massage - level 3, fairly new therapist. Appreciated being able to complete intake form on line ahead of appointment.
I did not initially grt a response to my inquiry on the website; a few weeks later, met an Elements employee in another work setting and mentioned this. She took my info and someone reached out by phone.
Ally is one of the best massage therapists I've ever known. I've had many great experiences at Elements Massage over the years, many great therapists but right now I'm loving Ally!
