The therapist, RaNee, was outstanding. She asked beforehand about concerns, injuries and tense areas and checked in when appropriate ensuring she was using the right amount of pressure.
I was on vacation and got a massage here. It was wonderful and she did a lot of work on me without me feeling pain. I did feel it the next day but I had been so tight I couldn’t move my head completely in one direction and I could after my visit. I wish I could remember the name of the massage therapist but I can’t. She was very sweet and did an amazing job!

I love Riley. I have been going to her for a few months. She is very attentive, she is careful and aware. You need a quiet hour she gets it. You are in a chatty mood? She got you.
The front desk associate was so helpful and their membership deals are pretty reasonable and they are not a one way no other way to use this kinda place. I don't know how to explain it but they helped me work out a package that would work for me and my budget while accommodating my needs with Riley.

Elements has changed my life! First the staff is friendly and accommodating if you keep communications open (at least at the Beavercreek Ohio location). Finding the right massage therapist is key, but once you do...man it is life altering. I cannot afford to go as much as i would like. I wish insurance covered this! But when I go I have significant improvement in migraines, my chronic shoulder pain, tension, etc. I find i can move and workout better. Love having found this place!

Riah is AMAZING! I broke my leg 6 months ago and after regaining the use of it, my good leg started having issues after compensating for so long. Riah was able to work out all the knots and adhesions that had formed from the compensation in my hip, leg, and calves. Within a couple days, I was feeling so much better and I had been suffering for well over a month and just couldnt get anything to release even though I was rolling and massaging my leg every day.
Peaceful environment very attentive to needs and personable. Massage therapist is very professional and great at her job!
