Very nice and efficient office staff and a comfortable waiting area. The therapist I had was extremely knowledgable, thorough, kind and knew just what to do and how to do it. I was able to book an appointment for the time and date I wanted. All in all, it was pleasant and helpful experience.
The receptionists at my Lynnwood facility are always super professional, and yet friendly. They have worked through some tough scenarios with me as I cared for my husband with Parkinson’s-some last minute cancellations and their caring understanding was wonderful. They are exceptionally good at their job!

Every time I leave Element Massage in Medford I am physically better. I owe that to Rose. On Wed I came in with a new injury in my shoulder. Rose got into the pain without creating extreme sharp pain. She has magical hands and I was able to get back to work today.

This was my first is it at Elements in Park Ridge, IL. There was great flexibility in scheduling my massage.
Upon arrival I was greeted promptly by Kate at the front desk. I was offered water and shown the rest room prior to my appointment.
Mary was ready for me; a comfortable massage room with soft music, and a table that had the ability to be warmer or cooler. I have very tight muscle and Mary found the tough spots- with precision and to my comfort level she worked out the tension. My whole experience was terrific.
Everyone was wonderful. Noosha was excellent and I look forward to seeing her again.
