I got the regular 60 minute massage with the cupping add on. I feel like a new woman. All the stress I was holding in my tight muscles is gone. My anxiety is gone. I feel happier and lighter. My massage therapist - Shavon Beckley - is the best! Also appointments are easy to schedule. I always receive the requested invoice for insurance purposes quickly after each visit. There is also free (but very busy) parking in the basement.
I've been going to Jill for a few years. She is absolutely fantastic! Everyone is very helpful and nice. Would recommend to anyone.

Everything they are all very good and Jenni is the absolute best. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. You get exactly what you ask for whether it’s very light to very deep. They repeatedly ask if the pressure is ok and if not how can they fix it. Jenni makes me very comfortable.they are all very polite and if you want to converse they are very happy to talk to you and if you just want to be silent they are fine with that too. Always bend over backward to do what you want and to make sure you are happy and have a wonderful experience.
The whole gang is very professional and the message helps this old body feel much better.

Tom Draht, my massage therapist at Elements in Sunnyvale is the best! He is excellent at deep tissue massage. He is also a very nice person and I enjoy and look forward to my massage appts with him. I'm a long time client of Elements because Tom has been consistently great at addressing any shoulder or back issues I have.
The receptionists especially Danielle are really friendly and accomodating. I enjoy coming in for my appts and my interactions with the front desk before and after.

The space is clean, calming and relaxing. My therapist is the best! Brittani does such a good job - the right level of touch and she works on all my trouble areas perfectly while giving me an all over great massage. Love coming to get my massage here.
The Salem salon is inviting & relaxing and the staff was friendly while professional. I enjoyed my first session there — & immediately signed up for membership!

The surroundings were pleasant, the massage was great, everything was on time and the staff were all helpful and friendly.
Bryan was my massage technician. He did a fabulous job on my head and neck. I was relieved of the headaches I had been having for weeks. He also gave some good feedback and suggestions for me to do at home. I will continue to go back to him!
