My therapist Velina. I have health issues, osteoporosis, arthritis, sensitive needs as a senior citizen. Velina has been my therapist for years. I don’t trust anyone else to use her skills as a seasoned and well educated therapist.

This is a great business model. Massage when you want it! When you call to schedule the front desk is very helpful in finding the kind of massage you prefer and matching it with a therapist. Once you find one you like, scheduling a few months ahead assures you of continuing with the same therapist.

I loved my therapist. She is very knowledgeable and informative. It was not her fault at all, but my cupping massage triggered super intense muscle spasms the next day. I missed 2 days of work because my back and arm were in such pain - from deep tissue work she did in my back and arm pit area. I ended up having to take steroids, a muscle relaxer and gabapentin to ease the pain. 2 trips to urgent care and about 10 days of pain. It was awful and I will never get a cupping or deep massage again. But, again, she did what she thought would help, and I agreed to it. I did appreciate her willingness to try to help.
The receptionist was extremely helpful with helping me with my membership.. very knolwedgable and took care of me. Also my massage provider Lindsay is amazing!!
