Barb is phenomenal. She is very knowledgeable about muscle/nerve pain and offers stretches that I can do between appointments. This increases the benefits received from the massage. Her deep pressure technique is spot on.

Every therapist wants to help you feel better. This time, Lisa took the time to help me learn ways to help my pain with different balls on my upper back. They offer suggestions on stretches to help my personal tight areas. It’s always a relaxing place.

Emily is very professional in the ways she gives my massage. She makes sure that every part of my body is is massaged including the soles of my feet. She uses grape seed oil, which is very moisturizing.
Hours and availability
I expected a facial. I did not expect a neck and shoulder and arm massage. Lucia made every effort to make me comfortable and crafted a facial skincare regimen just for me! I left relaxed and my skin felt amazing. I will be back!
