I appreciate you Elements is ever evolving. I don't mind paying an elite fee for my Therapist Victoria because I have been with her for many years and she is excellent. However, I feel that takes away from what people would normally want to offer in tips. If that fee does not 100% go to the therapist & then people reduce their tips because of it, then Therapist doesn't benefit as they should. With the economy as such, it starts to creep up on all of us. But overall, my experience has always been good. The staff is friendly, the facility in Gilbert is welcoming, always clean & private. Melanie has been a wonderful addition to the front staff & I don't plan on giving up my time with Victoria any time soon.
Front desk staff is very helpful and friendly. Glad to see the tea and water is back in the lobby. The new linens on the massage tables are a little rough, not as comfortable as the previous linens. The convenience of the membership is great.

Donna is the best- I've been going to her for 10 years, and no one can compare. The staff at the desk are always very friendly and try their hardest to accommodate me since Donna's schedule is busy, and I'm a long-time client. I drive 30-40 minutes since I moved a few years ago, but it's worth it.
From beginning to end the experience was amazing.
I love the call 24 hours before to remind you or to reschedule. I love the monthly specials and other specials they have for their clients. I came in with pain in my back and neck as well as a big knot on the left side of my neck. I am fortunate to have found Shaquel; she was just what the doctor ordered. My pain has vanished and my neck is movable again.

Mila was very informative.. she shared with me what areas to work on...I had somehow screwed up my appointment but once Katie called her Mila still worked me into her schedule. Elements works with their customers and employees alike.

Nicole (Nikki) was amazing. She tailored my Mom and I massages to our liking. Her personality made our experience even more memorable. She interacted with us and we were able to relax and laugh out loud. I was worried about my mom but she came out laughing and thanking me for that experience. Almost 2 weeks later and she is still talking about Nikki. I am definitely going back next month.
They are easy to schedule and the massage therapist was amazing. She listened to my concerns and addressed each of my concerns.

The receptionist was fabulous! I had to do an intake form and I forgot my glasses, so she was my eyes for me and went through all the question's to help me fill it out. 😀 My massage therapist Doug, was exceptional! We first discussed areas of treatment and why I wanted to zone in on those areas. Doug targeted those areas discussed with just the right amount of pressure. Afterward, he had a helpful home care Recommendation. Doug is very pleasant, and I will rebook with him again in the future. I loved that the spa was quiet, clean and comfortable. My massage therapist applied the perfect amount of pressure needed to help get all the knots out of my neck and shoulders! She was also friendly and easy to talk to. I will definitely come back!

I am not someone who normally posts, but the manager at Elements in Nashua (off exit 7) is absolutely wonderful. I have to say there has been a few experiences that range from minor inconveniences (15 min start time delay) to something a little more involved and he would personally call to explain, or offer a complimentary enhancement or something unexpected. On several occasions he has provided exemplary customer service and I’m impressed. Right man in the right role. 👏
I saw Kathryn for the first time. I had heard nothing but great things about her. I was NOT disappointed. She listened to my concerns and was able to take care of them. She is very personable and professional. I will be going back to her in the future.
