Cody is so good at what he does! He's good at finding spots that need attention, good at pacing (knowing when to slow down and focus on certain areas), and great at knowing how to apply the right kinds of pressure. His calm personality also helps to contribute to a relaxing and safe environment.
Great massage
My masseuse is attentive to my requests/needs for the massage at each visit. She asks for my feedback on the pressure she is using and if she addressed all my needs for the visit.

Alex did an amazing job. He was super friendly. I needed a strong pair of hands to take care of my calf muscles since i was in a lot of pain and he had the strength to massage my calf muscles and the inflammation has gone down drastically.

I have been a member of Elements Massage in Palatine for at least 5 years and never had a bad massage. Their massage therapists are amazing and the front desk staff is great.
My therapist was very attentive and gave me the perfect massage based on what I wanted done and the areas I wanted her to focus on. First name removed's massage was relaxing and I highly recommend her to anyone intersted in a great massage.
